Nestled in the exclusive Admirals Cove community in Jupiter, Florida, this waterfront residence is a perfect example of timeless design meeting effortless luxury. With stunning natural light, soft textures, and architectural details that elevate each space, this project became one of our favorite transformations to date.
From the very first walkthrough, we knew this home had incredible potential. Its open layout and views of the water gave us the ideal foundation to build on, and our goal was to enhance that calm, coastal energy while still keeping things sophisticated, warm, and modern.
Enjoy the renders our design team brought to life
Throughout the home, you’ll find our signature use of natural materials like wood, limestone, and textured plaster, paired with clean lines and soft, curved forms. Every room was designed to feel serene yet lived-in, minimal yet inviting, a place where form and function truly coexist.
Step Inside the Great Room
It sets the tone with layered neutrals, sculptural furniture, and striking architectural lighting. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in the Florida sunshine, perfect for this canal-front location.
A Kitchen and Dining Room Meant for Gathering
The open kitchen and dining room were designed with entertaining in mind. Light oak cabinetry, the dining chairs and warm backlighting make the space feel as elevated as the rest of the home, but still totally welcoming. Soft lighting, subtle metallics, and a curated open-shelf moment give the room personality without any visual clutter.
Modern Tranquility in the Bedroom
The primary suite is all about clean symmetry and subtle luxury. We brought in layered lighting, soft neutrals, and a built-in headboard wall with shelving to create a serene retreat.
Soft & Sculptural Bathrooms
In both the master and powder bathrooms, we leaned into texture and shape. Organic stone sinks, curved mirrors, and floating vanities create a sense of spa-like calm. Details like reeded panels, underlit mirrors, and custom shelving take these rooms to the next level, making them just as beautiful as they are functional.
A Work Space That Works Beautifully
The home office carries that same softness, with curved-edge furniture, natural materials, and a floating desk that maximizes both style and space.
A Touch of Nature in the Loggia
Finally, the loggia brings the indoors out, with cozy seating, breezy textures, and natural finishes that tie in seamlessly with the rest of the design. Whether it's for morning coffee or evening entertaining, this space is the kind of quiet luxury we love to create.
